IT IS every gym-goer’s worst nightmare: a wardrobe malfunction during a workout.
A veteran fitness fan was horrified after hearing a tearing noise during leg day, but her persistence inspired other women to keep calm and keep going.

Fitness model and doctor Stephanie Charles (@dr.stephfit_c) has an impressive resume.
She balances her career in healthcare and a dedicated fitness regime so she doesn’t have time to worry about the little things.
During a daily workout, Charles was caught off guard by a clothing crisis — and she caught it on camera.
“I’m so embarrassed,” Charles admitted. “Today I did leg presses and my pants ripped.

The footage confirmed their claims. In the clip, Charles abruptly sat down on the leg press to check her stride length.
A close-up of the leggings (without Charles in them) showed the hole, which was big enough for her to put a finger through.
“But, you know what? That hasn’t stopped me from doing my training,” she continued.
“I thought, ‘Who cares what other people think’?” said Karl.
On screen, Charles continued her workout, moving between machines and performing deadlifts.
Not obsessing over the tear, she relied on the occasional check-in as she continued to work.

“Sometimes things don’t go as planned,” she continued. “It’s okay to just deal with it and make the best of a situation.
She ended with an inspirational message for her followers. “It’s just about showing up and giving it your all,” Charles assured them.
Several commenters thanked Charles for their honesty and admitted they were also the victim of an ill-timed tear.
“I have a feeling this happens a lot more often than people would think,” insisted one commenter.
“It happened to me twice at the gym,” confirmed another viewer — in fact, it only happened the day before.
A woman revealed her “backup plan” for the all-too-common conundrum.
“I always keep a hoodie in my car/gym bag in cases like this,” she wrote.
She also said she loved how much determination Charles showed.
“I would think everyone would focus on their individual routines and not you,” wrote one gym-goer.

But they made sure to end their comment on a compliment, writing, “I admire that you stuck to the plan and got your session.”
“You turned a negative into a positive,” agreed one supporter.
