“Did he twerk as well”- Fans react to Inter Milan player’s WARDROBE MALFUNCTION during celebration after late-goal thriller against Verona

The last few minutes of Verona’s match against Inter Milan are probably one of the most entertaining final minutes of any game this season. But it was Inter midfielder, Davide Frattesi’s wardrobe malfunction that has taken the internet by storm.

Cruising with a comfortable 1-0 lead, Verona looked set to spoil Inter’s day. But the last 20 minutes had the odds shifting to either side. Lautaro Martinez scored in the 13th minute, and it looked like yet another easy win for the table toppers. They kept maximum possession, with 62% throughout the match and Verona struggled to score.

That was until Thomas Henry, who had just been subbed in for Milan Duric, scored with his first touch of the game. Inter kept searching for a winner but were unable to beat the keeper or the Verona defenders.

They finally got their goal in the 93rd minute, after the keeper saved a long shot by Nicolo Barella. Unfortunately, the ball spilled into the box and Davide Frattesi just had to put it in an empty net. Frattesi ran in joy to celebrate and in excitement climbed on one of the gates in the stadium. As he climbed to celebrate, one of his teammates accidentally pulled his shorts down, revealing more than he wanted to. Marcus Thuram took him on his shoulders, while Hakan Calhanoglu pulled his shorts even more.

Before the game restarted, Verona’s Darko Lazovic was sent off for dissent, complaining about something that occurred during the build-up to the goal. Just three minutes after scoring, Alexis Sanchez and Barella set out on a counter-attack where they had no one in front of them, including the keeper. Unfortunately, Sanchez hit it wide, but VAR called a penalty on the other end. Inter conceded a penalty due to a handball committed by Matteo Darmian after a free kick. Luckily, Henry missed it and Inter won the three points.

With this win, Inter Milan retained their spot at the top. They are 5 points above Juventus, who still have a game in hand. A draw would’ve helped Verona get out of the relegation zone, unfortunately for them, Thomas Henry missed the penalty and they left the San Siro without any points.
