One office worker came up with a creative solution to her wardrobe malfunction.

In her video, May (@maysmitty123) showed her followers the trick she used to handle a tear in her sweater dress.
The TikToker noticed a large rip in the armpit of her outfit while sitting at her desk.
“Guys, look what just happened, I don’t even know how this happened so now I’ve got to fix it,” May explained.
She added that she was worried that she would forget about the tear and accidentally lift her arm.
Unable to go home and change, she was forced to think of a way to hold the dress together until the end of the day.
Since she didn’t have a needle and thread at hand, May found inspiration on her desk.
Standing in the bathroom of her office, she showed viewers a close-up look at her armpit before she tackled the rip.
May removed the black and white patterned sweater dress, which she had layered over a black jumpsuit.
She then revealed her secret weapon: her stapler.
After she stapled the ripped material together May put the dress back on.
“Problem solved,” she told her followers.
“There was no way I could go home and change so I had to do what I had to do,” she said.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on May’s innovation.
“That was very smarrttttt, love the outfit,” wrote one impressed follower.
“I would’ve just kept my arm down until I got home, this was smart,” said another viewer.
