JASON Garrett got caught in an unpleasant moment with Maria Taylor live on television.
The former NFL head coach, 57, had the sequence during the Week 15 edition of Sunday Night Football.
During halftime of the SNF game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Jacksonville Jaguars, the NBC SNF crew made a video for Taylor.
Sunday’s game was set to be the last of the season for Taylor who will head off to maternity leave.
The clip showed all of NBC’s analyst stars with a greeting and best wishes for the host.
After the video, Taylor was given blue balloons as she’s expecting a boy.
Maria then burst into tears on set while saying thanks to her co-stars.
She proceeded to shake the hands of panelists Chris Simms and Devin McCourty.
However, Garrett, who was at the end of the desk, offered his fist for a fist bump but was left empty-handed and brought his hand back.
The sequence lasted for two seconds as Taylor finally appeared to put her hand out for Garrett as a fist bump gesture.
