CATWALK queen Kate Moss left very little to the imagination as she had a nip-slip on her way home from a glam party.
The original supermodel, 48 , who showed off her incredible figure in a very low cut sheer dress, struggled to keep her assets underwraps on Wednesday night.

Kate looked sensational in her scoop neck dress that was slashed right down to the navel at a Diet Coke party, to mark the drink’s 40th birtday.
The mum-of-one, who was appointed as Creative Director for the brand earlier this year, showed off her ageless beauty in the daring number that revealed her knickers.
Kate, unleashed her inner party-girl at the bash, and on her way out suffered a massive wardrobe malfunction as her boob was exposed from her dress.
The multi-millionaire remained cool about it and did not flinch as she linked arms with a pal on her night out.
Earlier in the evening Kate was said to be the life and soul of the party – as she joined her famous pals including Jaime Winstone on the dancefloor.
Kate threw some shapes to party tracks as DJ Fat Tony took over the decks for posh do.
The party took place in Annabel’s infamous Jungle Room, where guests enjoyed canapes and Diet Coke.
Speaking about the bash, Kate said: “Diet Coke is iconic and has an incredibly unique place in fashion and my own history. To be part of the Diet Coke family and celebrate with a big 40th party is a moment I’m excited to be a part of.”
Her night out came after Kate reportedly forgot her words and stumbled her way through a speech at a star-studded awards ceremony.
She was presenting the Fashion Innovator award to her friend Anthony Vaccarello at the Wall Street Journal event at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Fans were stunned when a video clip shared on the Wall Street Journal’s social media showed Kate, who has been sober for four years, apparently slurring in the speech.
It was a tribute to the YSL artistic director she has known for years.
Kate arrived on the stage saying: “Good evening ladies and gentlemen.”
It all went pear-shaped after that as she then appeared to forget her words as she took a long pause to check her phone.
